Five Night’s At Freddy 1 is a game that was inspired by Five Nights at Freddy’s, an indie horror game based around survival. Taking place in an innocent-looking pizza place, by day things are fine. However, when night comes around the animatronic animals in the pizzeria become alive and ready to attack anyone who dares come into the restaurant after it’s closed. Hey, don’t be mad at them. It’s just the programming!
You, the player, control a recently hired employee who is stuck with the night shift. All you have to do is watch the place from the safety of the security booth. Problem is the animatronics don’t know you and want to eliminate what they perceive as a threat to the pizzeria. After a call from your supervisor warning, you about the animals, you are left knowing that the booth isn’t as safe as you thought it was and the animals are out for your blood.
It sounds easy on the surface; however, it is anything but easy. Being able to survive the night until morning when the animatronics go back to their normal, loving selves can be difficult. You are stuck in your security booth until daybreak with only the cameras to monitor these animals. What you have to do is figure out a way to live through the entire night through trial and error. Hopefully less error and more success otherwise death is on the horizon.
The controls are pretty simple. Use your mouse to click and point. Don’t click randomly! You really need to stop and think about your strategy here if you are to avoid the animatronics ripping you limb from limb.
